Find where are the apps installed first, maybe in internally memory if not transferred to your SD already. Just take out the catalog and look at the instructions.

Launch iTunes on your computer, and connect iPhone 4 with iTunes. Next, go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices
to select "Prevent your iPhones synced automatically".
Then, select device icon on the upper. Choose "back up now" and the interface will ask you to backup apps, but you need to authorize. Thus, you can transfer data from iPhone 4 to Mac.
