I have been trying to get my iPhone 7 to use google chrome instead of safari and have had no luck using gadgethacks . Every time I click on the Open Chrome shortcut in either chrome or safari the same result -
It cannot fine the URL or something similar, this is in Step 1 in the process. I have joined iso.gagdethacks.com and still get the Same unable to find comment. Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Hi Paul,
Unfortunately, you can't set a default browser on iOS. Safari will always be the default browser, even if you download a third-party option like Chrome. There are rumors that this will change with iOS 14, but only time will tell.
