All of a sudden I'm not receiving text messages from other iPhones. Not only that, but I noticed that sometimes when sending texts to iPhones, the text won't go through unless I select "send as text message." Have you heard of this happening? Could it be a setting issue or should I contact T-mobile, my provider? I have iOS 7 downloaded.

It could be a provider thing, but more likely an iMessage thing. I'd head over to this guide for help trying to get it working again, and check out the comments too, because there are some helpful ones.
