Forum Thread: Edit Bar Missing iPad iOS 7

I have a second generation iPad and recently upgraded to iOS 7. The last few days I noticed that the edit bar is missing. I will try to attach a pic of what I mean but it is the bar that says where you are looking (mailboxes), which file you are in (inbox, spam, sent...), and the word edit. It is still on my iPhone 5 but not the iPad. Help me get it back please!
